This section contains examples of classroom strategies where teachers present samples of lessons, where students can make connections between what they are learning and how that knowledge will be used. Local teachers team up with business partners or teachers from other disciplines, i.e. technical areas - college level, and present a lesson that demonstrates meaningful relationships between abstract ideas and practical applications in the context of the real world! Thus the classroom can become a laboratory, a computer lab, a worksite, or a wheat field.
