Partners in Education in conjunction with the Hazleton Area School District sponsors this event at the Hazleton Area High School Gymnasium. Parents, teachers and students are invited to this community event, which results in hundreds of people in attendance. College Night has traditionally been for students and parents to learn more about higher education facilities, but the PIE member businesses attended along with area school members such as Halzeton Area High School and Weatherly Area High School. The businesses have presentations including the types of career opportunities available in their specific business and the education requirements for these careers. Students have the opportunity to learn about a variety of careers in the Hazleton Area. They also learn about businesses located in the Hazleton Area that are affiliated with worldwide facilities.
